Como Intern de Logística realizarás: Actualización y llenado de reportes de indicadores de manera semanal. Análisis del reporte de KPI´s para identificar los TOP OFFENDERs de Stock Bajo y Ruptura, para después definir plan de acción en conjunto con equipo de planeación. Evaluación de cumplimiento semanal y definición de planes de acción. Implementar nuevo procedimiento e incluir desarrollo de Power BI para la publicación de los resultados con los diferentes stakeholders de planta. Seguimiento mensual a variaciones de plan de producción. Desarrollar e implementar planes de acción para mitigar impacto y/o optimizar presupuesto. ¿Qué buscamos? Estudiantes universitarios de carreras como Negocios Internacionales, Ingeniería Industrial, Química o afín. Conocimiento en cadena de suministro. Creatividad e innovación para proponer soluciones. A Day In The Life: As a Inventory Analyst - IDC Operations you will collaborate closely with the IDC Operations Coordinator and Manager at our 3PL partner's Cuautitlán Izcalli facility. You will play a key role in ensuring the optimal management of inventory levels, contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of L'Oréal's supply chain. This role offers the opportunity to utilize your analytical skills, contribute to innovative solutions, and make a tangible impact on the business while contributing to our broader purpose of creating sustainable and inclusive beauty. Inventory Management & Optimization: Lead and supervise inventory management processes, ensuring adequate product availability while minimizing obsolescence and maximizing turnover. This includes analyzing data to identify trends, predict demand, and optimize stock levels. Cost Reduction & Supply Chain Efficiency: Identify and implement strategies to reduce inventory costs and optimize supply chain processes. This involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to improve efficiency and reduce waste. Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory levels, turnover, and obsolescence. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations. Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to optimize inventory management processes and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. This includes proposing and implementing innovative solutions. Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively with the Supply Chain Senior Manager, Coordinator, and other analysts to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing. Develop strategies and tactics to assure outbound logistics activities that can support business Revenue and EBIT objectives like: goods receipt, order processing, physical inventory, merchandise dispatch, continuous improvement processes, expense control, key performance indicators, as well as loss prevention actions. Operational Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to optimize distribution center operations, including warehousing, inventory management, and transportation Order Fulfillment: Ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer expectations and reduce delivery times. Inventory Management: Utilize advanced inventory management systems to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory. Technology Integration: Implement and manage technology solutions such as automated warehousing systems and data analytics tools to enhance operational efficiency.
