Experiencia Requerida: Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en gestión de tiendas de lujo, o experiencia relevante relacionada con el cliente (por ejemplo, hospitalidad). Experiencia solida en generación de ventas, gestión del logro de resultados comerciales. Flexibilidad horaria Habilidad demostrada para desarrollar nuevas oportunidades y mantener relaciones con los clientes, asegurando al mismo tiempo el reconocimiento de la marca y su penetración en el mercado. Dominio de Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, Power Point, sistemas de seguimiento de clientes y sistemas de punto de venta (POS). Flexibilidad para desempeñarse en diferentes roles según las necesidades del negocio (por ejemplo, en el área de ventas, operaciones, etc.). Deseada: Título universitario. Título en Gemología.
