JOB DESCRIPTION The purpose of this position is to assist the Beyond Yoga AP team in processing weekly payments, and managing our direct vendor payables cycle, including manually performing 3- way match, obtaining appropriate invoice approvals and recording invoices into our ERP system, setting up new vendors, and helping to maintain general organization within the department. Job Expectations: Daily Manually tracking invoices for payment by: 1) Logging invoice received, 2) Validating receiving, 3) sending invoice out for business partner approval, 4) Logging receipt of approval into invoice log, 5) manually entering approved invoice into RLM (ERP System), 6) manually attaching invoice copy and invoice approval to RLM invoice record Following up on items not received or pricing differences Follow up with business partners on unapproved invoices Weekly Create AP Batch payments for Wires and ACHs Other Assist in implementing 3-Way Match within the system Month End journal entries surrounding Goods Received but Not Invoiced Basic Qualifications: Strong computer literacy with MS Office products, particularly Excel and Word Experience in previous AP role and working with inventory receipts Experience in working with vendors, enforcing compliance while providing good customer service skills Proactive-doesn't hesitate to follow up and follow through on goals/commitments Able to juggle multiple tasks- which includes ability to prioritize and communicate Can hold people accountable, give clear direction with deadlines Have good business acumen to know when to request exceptions Requirements: Ability to follow precise instructions Understanding of SOX controls and importance of documentation Attention to detail and highly organized Effective English communication skills Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to build relationships with team members and customers to drive results Excellent customer service and communication skills FULL TIME/PART TIME Full time

Support team is decentralized; Controller is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for the country, including oversight of support provided by third parties and shared service centers. Provides financial analysis and generate recommendations to top management related to the financial performance of key measures such as: Funding needs (Cash), Collections (AR), Inventories, effective tax rate, position on other assets and liabilities, and expense management. Provide strategic direction to the different areas of responsibility, so objectives are aligned within the function and with the business unit at local / regional level. Manages, coordinates and oversees all activities to ensure risks are properly identified and controls are working effectively to mitigate them, including adequate segregation of duties. Sets the right tone in terms of compliance across the organization. Responsible for the compliance of: Financial and Statutory Reporting (USGAAP, Local GAAP) Tax payments and requirements (Income and Indirect taxes) Financial Institutions requirements. SOX Compliance.Implement operational best practices in the controllership team, and support the improvement of other areas' processes as needed. Shares and reapplies processes within and outside the company to identify efficiencies, and strengthen controls About You Good understanding across the breadth of finance responsibilities including, accounting, revenue recognition, treasury, tax, business practices, etc. Knowledge and experience with international accounting, finance and tax regulations. Knowledge and experience of ERP systems Experience dealing with shared services departments, Influence to third party contractors.
