A Demand Planner analyses historical sales trends and integrates commercial market activities gathered from Marketing and Sales Teams to accurately predict future customer demand for a product or service. An accurate Demand Forecast enables the efficient procurement, production, and delivery of a basket of products to the right customer at the right time. As such, it is a critical position, with significant commercial and business implications. The Demand Planning, Sr Analyst is a highly visible role that will require strong analytical skills combined with business acumen and ability to effectively work with cross-functional partners to forecast a diverse and exciting portfolio of items. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Volume Forecast: Maintain an accurate bottom-up 18-month rolling forecast for several sub-brands the SKU-Channel-DC Level Validate the system statistical forecast using methodology such as forecast reasonability, historical trends, and consumption modeling. Analyze and validate information gathered from Sales and Marketing teams and execute value-added modifications to system generated forecast Maintain the system volumes in line with business targets- Weekly demand control: assess in-month shipments and make forecast changes to help production and logistics planning. Maintain and Execute accurate PIPO(Phase In & Phase Out) actions Initiative (New Product) Planning Gather and assess scope and volume on future initiatives Validate final forecast for own Market/Category and be the gatekeeper of proposed forecast changes to avoid non-value added modifications.- Represent demand planning in Step 1&2 of Brand SOP meetings to help deliver consensus management of the sales and operation plan - Collaborate with Supply Planning/Production contacts - communicate significant forecast changes and what-if projections in line with operating strategy; review latest supply situation; and manage resulting forecast updates. QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of Demand, Supply, or Inventory Planning experience 2+ years working with multifunctional teams in CPG or retail environment. Solid technical experience using a planning software like SAP, JDA, Logility, Anaplan or similar 4-year degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, or Business Management Ability to adapt to changing environment and quickly learn new processes Strong analytical ability with special attention to detail Intermediate Excel skills- can quickly analyze and communicate actionable results using charts, tables, and graphs. Experience in pivots, look-ups, and mathematical formulas. About the Role Ensure the microbiological monitoring, sampling, and control of production environments, purified water systems, process equipment, and cosmetic products, in accordance with established procedures, GMP, ISO 22716, and COFEPRIS regulations. Support the implementation and daily operation of the Microbiological Daily Management (MDM) system, ensuring timely detection, recording, and communication of microbiological deviations that could impact product quality or hygiene standards. Additionally, be responsible for the administration, control, and safekeeping of retention samples for both bulk and finished products, ensuring proper labeling, traceability, and storage conditions. Ensure the micro and physicochemical analysis for MDM samples, bulk, FG and RM. Key Responsibilities Microbiological test and sampling Perform scheduled microbiological sampling of purified water, air, surfaces, and process equipment according to the site's MDM plan a well to perform the micro test method. Collect in-process and finished product samples for microbiological testing, ensuring traceability and aseptic handling. Execute environmental monitoring in production and packaging areas (settle plates, swabs, and air sampling). Ensure compliance with sampling frequencies, techniques, and sample identification standards.Administration and Control of Retention Samples Manage the administration, labeling, and physical storage of retention samples for bulk and finished products. Maintain accurate records of sample identification, batch number, quantity, storage conditions, and expiration. Ensure the integrity and organization of the retention sample area according to GMP and company procedures. Coordinate disposal or destruction of expired retention samples in compliance with established policies.Laboratory and Data Management Deliver and register all samples in the microbiology laboratory following chain-of-custody procedures. Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and recording of samples and results in QMS, or MDM systems. Record daily microbiological data and trends in MDM dashboards and reports. Notify the laboratory leader and Hygienist of any out-of-specification (OOS) or alert results.Compliance and Hygiene Verification Support verification of cleaning and sanitization effectiveness of equipment and production areas. Participate in swab and rinse sampling after sanitation or equipment validation. Collaborate with the Hygiene and Maintenance teams to ensure corrective actions are implemented for microbiological deviations. Maintain compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and personal hygiene requirements. Continuous Improvement and MDM Support Support daily MDM meetings, providing data interpretation and updates on microbiological performance. Participate in the review and optimization of microbiological sampling plans. Assist in the calibration and verification of sampling instruments (air samplers, particle counters, pipettes, etc.) Minimum Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in microbiology, Bachelor's degree or technical diploma in Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biological Pharmaceutical Chemistry (QFB), or related sciences. Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in microbiological sampling, laboratory work, or environmental monitoring within cosmetic, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries. Experience in MDM systems, microbiological data trending, and GMP environments preferred. Technical Skills, Perform micro and physicochemical test analyis. Knowledge of microbiological sampling methods, aseptic techniques, and hygiene monitoring. Familiarity with GMP, ISO 22716, COFEPRIS, and environmental monitoring programs. Experience using sampling tools such as air samplers, swabs, contact plates, and particle counters. Understanding of retention sample management and recordkeeping under ALCOA+ principles. The Role Lead the development, implementation, and validation of the quality system for new packaging projects of hair-care products. Ensure full compliance with GMP, ISO 22716, and client-specific quality requirements throughout all project stages - from setup and qualification to routine operation and finished-product release. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement and present the status of Project Quality Master Plan (QMP). Lead and continuously improve the site's hygiene microbiological program control, to ensure the microbiological condition of RM, PM, Bulks, FG and critical system (water, air, surfaces and personal) to ensure product quality, consumer safety, and operational excellence. This role ensures full adherence to Global Hygiene Standards, Microbiological Control System (MDM), and Sanitary Design Principles, while delivering hygiene-related projects with world-class performance. Key Responsibilities Lead special manufacturing projects on the site, in terms of quality, project Management from definition till final validation, establish, maintain and follow the CPC special project, leading all areas involving all people (internal and external) and ensuing compliance in cost, quality and time. Report any deviation in predictive way. Lead Hygiene System: Manage and maintain the hygiene and microbiological control system in accordance with Wella, GMP, and ISO 22716 standards. Audit Sanitary Healthcare Design: Ensure compliance with Global standards. Ensure microbiological system: oversee environmental, water, and product monitoring programs to prevent microbiological hazards. Lead-OOS critical system regarding Micro in critical system. Lead micro-Continuous Improvement: Implement optimization projects using Lean, and Six Sigma. Build Training & Capability: Develop technical skills and leadership in cross-functional teams. Ensure the qualification of analysist regarding MDM. Audit Readiness: ensure corporate and regulatory compliance in internal and external audits. Lead Crisis & Deviation Management regarding micro in critical systems RCA and CAPAS. Lead and execute the MRA (Micro risk assessment in the site) and lead the improvements to be preventive, CAPAS. Active participation in the validation and change control of cleaning & Sanitization as well in new initiatives. Promote the culture of Safety, Environment and Quality Minimum Qualifications: Education: business, master's in microbiology, biotechnology, chemical engineering or affine, desirable certification in PMI, prince 2 or equivalent. Experience: 6-10 years in cosmetics manufacturing or health care products, leading multifunctional teams. Technical & project Skills, knowledge in leadership, Quality, GMP´s, ISO 22716, HACCP, FDA cosmetics, hygienic validation, cleaning and sanitization, HACCP, Risk Analysis, Clean Design, Microbiology, lead auditor.
