As Media Planning & Buying consultant for Maison Rockman and The Wild Horse Club you are at the heart of all things marketing across all brand awareness, engagement, product activation, conversion, ongoing brand fandom and love. It's a central management role at the HEART of our businesses. You will be as comfortable building and activating a strategy as you will be ingesting data and presenting objective revisions to plans and activation as campaigns growth and deliver. ● Media Strategy Development: Craft and implement digital media strategies aligned with both brands’ goals, leveraging unified data insights and shared infrastructure.● Platform Management: Plan and buy across Meta, Google (Search/Display/YouTube), Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging channels.● Budget Ownership: Allocate and optimize media budgets across both brands to maximize ROAS, customer acquisition, and LTV.● Campaign Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and pixel implementation.● Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly performance insights for each brand, using shared dashboards and attribution models.● Collaboration: Work closely with shared creative, e-comm, and analytics teams to align media with product drops, content calendars, and seasonal marketing.● Data driven creative tweaks and revisions: Drive performance alongside production manager to revise ads daily/weekly in line with data driven insights etc.● Vendor Management: Liaise with platform reps and external tools/partners for campaign support and beta opportunities.
