    As Media Planning & Buying consultant for Maison Rockman and The Wild Horse Club you are at the heart of all things marketing across all brand awareness, engagement, product activation, conversion, ongoing brand fandom and love. It's a central management role at the HEART of our businesses. You will be as comfortable building and activating a strategy as you will be ingesting data and presenting objective revisions to plans and activation as campaigns growth and deliver. ●   Media Strategy Development: Craft and implement digital media strategies aligned with both brands’ goals, leveraging unified data insights and shared infrastructure.●   Platform Management: Plan and buy across Meta, Google (Search/Display/YouTube), Pinterest, TikTok, and emerging channels.●   Budget Ownership: Allocate and optimize media budgets across both brands to maximize ROAS, customer acquisition, and LTV.●   Campaign Execution: Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns, ensuring accurate tracking and pixel implementation.●   Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly and monthly performance insights for each brand, using shared dashboards and attribution models.●   Collaboration: Work closely with shared creative, e-comm, and analytics teams to align media with product drops, content calendars, and seasonal marketing.●   Data driven creative tweaks and revisions: Drive performance alongside production manager to revise ads daily/weekly in line with data driven insights etc.●   Vendor Management: Liaise with platform reps and external tools/partners for campaign support and beta opportunities.

    As Digital Manager of Maison Rockman and The Wild Horse Club you’re at the heart of all things organisational across all digital verticals and consumer touchpoints, including customer service and CRM. It's a central management role at the HEART of our businesses. - Working closely with the Production Manger on all new product launches/drops across both brands.- Ensuring management of all digital content and QC’ing all content and copy before final activation.- Ensuring all web content is exactly as it should be activated and monitoring all web traffic and performance daily and ensuring the best consumer experience.- Managing all Instagram posts and management inc boosts and billing and liaising with the founders on Meta sales/shop also.- Managing all Meta/Facebook activations and sales .- Working closely with CEO and PA to on all sales data and performance across all verticals.- Managing the consultants engaged for Amazon, TikTok and Pinterest to esquire all content that is supplied for activation is as it should be and of the correct format and specification for their chosen area of specialism etc.- Checking all payment sources, links and services on all verticals twice daily to ensure all is working as it should be at all times.- Managing CRM via Shopify, working with GFX designer and production manager to get CRM out for both brands every week. Also managing and reporting data from the response to CRM output.- Working closely with the media planner/buyer and data analyst on all paid ads, boosts etc to ensure maximum growth and ROAS.- Managing all digital engagement and outreach and working on growth strategy with CEO/CD founders and production manager on growth and engagement strategies and execution.

    As TikTok Manager for Maison Rockman and The Wild Horse Club you are at the heart of all things social driven marketing across all brand awareness, engagement, product activation, conversion, ongoing brand fandom and love. We have data that shows that in the niche fashion jewelry space with global reach (especially in the US) which The Wild Horse Club is TikTok can drive up to 70% of social traffic and conversion to sales. Then there is influencer and content creator outreach and the zeitgeist and things can ignite quickly. So we see TikTok as more crucial to our WHC brand than MR, but that said it is enormously powerful for both brands and at this time it needs building from the bottom up for both brands. Therefore this is a critical management role at the HEART of our social strategy and offering. We're seeking a specialist who understands how to set up, build and drive awareness, traffic, and revenue through data-led content, creative excellence, and smart paid amplification.You will be as comfortable building and activating a strategy as you will be ingesting data and presenting objective revisions to plans and activation as campaigns growth and deliver across all social platforms.​As Pinterest Manager for Maison Rockman and The Wild Horse Club you are at the heart of all things marketing across all brand awareness, engagement, product activation, conversion, ongoing brand fandom and love. We have data that shows that in the luxury fashion space (especially in the US) Pinterest can drive up to 70% of social traffic and conversion to sales. Therefore this is a critical management role at the HEART of our social strategy and offering. We're seeking a specialist who understands how to drive awareness, traffic, and revenue through data-led content, creative excellence, and smart paid amplification.You will be as comfortable building and activating a strategy as you will be ingesting data and presenting objective revisions to plans and activation as campaigns growth and deliver across all social platforms.
