The Opportunity
Your mission as Marketing Product Manager is planning and executing the marketing plans to elevate awareness of the brand according to HQ guidelines, considering 360 campaigns in coordination with different teams (Media & Communication, Trade Marketing, Retail, Commercial and Operations).
What you´ll get to do
Plan, execute and follow-up marketing campaigns according to global guidelines. Budget administration for the realization of marketing plan: PR activities, animations within POS and special events. Analysis and planning of brand portfolio according to the local market. Analysis and report on sales based on NPD to HQ teams, identifying strengths and development areas of the brand. Planning and coordinating the influencer marketing events and media campaigns with Media & Communications teams according to global brand guidelines. Planning of actions in collaboration with Sell-Through team based on detected areas to improve customer experience in the POS. Creation and follow-up of RFQ´s to ensure timely availability of POS materials for activations according to Marketing plan. Define education strategy with Training team to reinforce BA's / Experts knowledge on new launches and fragrance culture. Design and validate annual distribution per retailer in collaboration with the Operations team. Define and monitor the online sales strategy (e-commerce and pure players) in coordination with the E-tailing. We'd love to meet you if you have
At least 3 years of experience in product management (Luxury Retail & Fashion). English: Conversational skills.
