What you'll get to do Functions and Responsibilities: - Understand local business and its needs. - Develop and lead Supply Chain operations, including demand planning, supply planning, logistics (import, warehousing and distribution processes), customer service and regulatory affairs, according to local needs by: Working closely with headquarters´ operations team, to locally ensure the proper processes and procedures execution, as well as their compliance with Puig standards. Partnering with headquarters information technology team to design systems/workflows in order to maximize productivity and reduce waste. Implementing needed corporate tools for supply chain processes execution. Driving key initiatives to improve demand planning process aiming to maximize sales for Puig in China. Managing own inventories maximizing product availability and on-time fill-rate at the minimum cost. Sourcing local vendors to drive 3PL's process. Setting productivity and efficiency goals in the 3PL process and evaluate them by establishing and analyzing the proper KPIs. Developing relationships with main customers´ peers in order to maximize their satisfaction and the effectiveness of the collection process. - Work and closely interact with local marketing, sales, finance, HR and retail teams aiming to maximize business results. We'd love to meet you if you have - Experience: At least 15 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management or operations, preferably with experience on greenfield project. - Education: Degree in supply change management, engineering or related discipline. (MBA desired) - Languages: Spanish and English - Skills and Knowledge: Strong proven leadership, influencing and project management skills. Strong stakeholder management, communications and interpersonal skills. Comfortable to work in a multi-cultural environment.     The Opportunity We are looking for a Field Supervisor to support our Travel Retail team in Mexico. The field supervisor will ensure the perfect execution of each account strategy to achieve sellout growth and consumer experience through efficient BR team and POS management, while providing information to the KAM/AM for optimal account management and active discovering and communication of opportunities in the area. What you'll get to do As a Field Supervisor you will be responsible for managing Brand Representatives (BRs), delivering on site training and coaching, maintain the Point of Sale, support the implementation of animations, and make sure that Launches and assortment is matching the door needs. Managing the Brand Representatives will include: Defining monthly Sell-out targets per BR and follow up Ensure sufficient stock level at all times and alert Key Account Manager Collect monthly sell-out feedback for BR doors New BR recruitment and onboarding Defining personal performance objectives and appraisal meetings Regarding training, you will be responsible for: Training and motivating of permanent BRs Flash trainings One to one coaching to improve their skills Point of sale responsibilities include: Analysis and report of Point of Sale to provide resources to make any decisions for optimal account management conduct regular store visits Tracking of competition, prices, permanent spaces We'd love to meet you if you have Experience: The ideal candidate has experience of 4-5 years in similar functions or related activities, such as sales, marketing, retail, etc. where the main objective has been to drive sales, brand and/or consumer experience. Previous experience in Luxury is a plus. Previous experience Travel Retail is a plus. Previous experience in Dufry, Motta/Attenza, and/or other Local Retailers is a plus. Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or similar discipline. Languages: Excellent command of Spanish and English, both verbally and in written.     La oportunidad Como Marketing Group Brand Manager, tu misión será desarrollar e implementar el plan Marketing para distintas Love Brands de Puig en México, con la finalidad de llegar a los objetivos acordados por marca, tomando en cuenta los lineamientos y las necesidades locales. Tus retos Definición de las estrategias para la tropicalización de diversas Love Brands en Puig México. Elaboración del plan marketing de las marcas desarrollando activaciones innovadoras, animaciones, eventos en tienda, apoyos especiales adaptadas a las necesidades locales para llegar a los objetivos de cada marca. Lanzamiento de los nuevos productos en tiempo y forma con definición clara de la colocación con el equipo comercial (departamentales y distribuidores). Seguimiento y análisis de las ventas y reportes a HQ explicando los datos y seguimiento vs. los objetivos. Construcción del forecast de las marcas de Puig en conjunto con el equipo comercial y el equipo de Supply cuidando los niveles de inventario tanto en tienda como en nuestro almacen. Definición en conjunto con la Media & Communication Manager de la estrategia PR (eventos, influencers) y Media de las marcas para elevar el nivel de awareness. Definición con el equipo Instore de las estrategias de visibilidad en tiendas para empujar las ventas de las marcas . Seguimiento y trabajo en equipo con los supervisores y el equipo de Training para motivar nuestra fuerza de venta y generar acciones que contestan a las necesidades de la categoría. Conocimiento y reportes de la competencia para siempre tener claridad del contexto de la categoría. Comunicar a HQ las necesidades de las marcas en Mexico para poder llegar a los objetivos definidos. Definir con el Digital Manager la estrategia de las marcas en mercado libre para seguir creciendo la participación del online en esa categoría. Nos encantaría conocerte si tienes De 6-10 años de experiencia en Marketing. Inglés conversacional avanzado.
