Collaborating with the cross-functional product development teams, the Senior Test Lab Technician will be responsible for setup, testing, and documentation of test findings in support of new product development, productivity, and quality initiatives. Other responsibilities include the ability to oversee and maintain the condition, maintenance, orderliness and calibration of the laboratory and laboratory equipment. Duties and Responsibilities Follows standard test procedures and maintains controlled documents. Sets up test equipment necessary to conduct procedures. Learn UL test requirements. Conducts both manual and automated tests using defined test procedures, captures test data, and reports test progress. Compiles, analyzes, interprets, and document test results from physical and analytical testing in a written test report summary. Interprets manufacturing drawings, diagrams, and specifications in support of physical, visual and performance inspections, evaluations, and tests. Maintains records of product evaluations. Maintains samples / sample identification for finished goods. Clearly conveys testing issues in a timely manner. Position Title: MX Ecomm Sales Ads Coordinator Location: CDMX, Mexico Reports to: Sr Ecomm Manager Mexico Job Summary: The ecomm Sales Ads Coordinator will be a proactive and detail-oriented supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across key marketplaces including Amazon Ads and Mercado Libre Ads. This role will collaborate closely with sales, marketing local and regional also with media teams to drive visibility, traffic, and conversion for our product portfolio. Specific Responsibilities: Campaign Management: Assist in the setup, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns on Amazon and Mercado Libre. Ensure campaigns are aligned with sales goals, seasonal strategies, and promotional calendars.Performance Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion rates. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.Budget Coordination: Support budget planning and allocation across platforms and product categories. Monitor spend to ensure alignment with monthly and quarterly targets.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales and marketing teams to align advertising strategies with product launches and promotions. Coordinate with external agencies or platform representatives when needed.Platform Expertise: Stay updated on new features, ad formats, and best practices for Amazon Ads and Mercado Libre Ads. Identify opportunities for testing and innovation within the platforms. Allign campaigns with the channel sales forecast and compliance with the proposed goals Stay abreast of emerging technologies and tools related to online marketplaces and make recommendations improve the optimizations. Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques for optimizing product listings. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably within e-commerce or marketplace environments. Familiarity with Amazon Ads Console and Mercado Libre Ads Manager. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel or data visualization tools. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of eCommerce channels, metrics and costumer journey, Strong analytical focus and KPIs management Ability to learn, understand and converse around key business issues. Demonstrated integrity and maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges.
