    Poste As a Louis Vuitton Retail Performance Director, in partnership with the Country General Manager, MCC, you will be accountable for driving, developing, and elevating the designated store network presence and positioning of the brand by delivering sales targets, maximizing on the store network, delivering exceptional Client Experiences, and optimizing retail operations. While spending face to face time with Store Leaders and building trustworthy and collaborative working relationships, you will ensure all commercial opportunities are identified and capitalized on. The Retail Director will be responsible for analyzing competitors, local environments, market trends and conditions while ensuring business strategies are developed to either maximize the opportunities or mitigate risks. Missions Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: - Leading a store network through the lens of inclusivity and a growth mindset while recruiting, developing, retaining, and inspiring a best-in-class retail & regional talent. Some Store Managers within the MCC Region will report to this position. - Communicating and embedding the Louis Vuitton America business strategy across the store network, while cascading actionable strategies to exceed financial targets. - Identifying, developing and maintaining client relationships with both new and prospect clients Drive Performance - In collaboration with the Country General Manager the development of stores performance goals and, in partnership with the key retail stakeholders, continuously review & drive performance across sales, retail KPIs, non-selling activities. - Partner with the Country General Manager and HR on FTE planning, productivity & optimization with the ultimate goal of delivering service excellence through an elevated Client experience. Client Centric + Excellence - Collaborate with the Country General Manager & Store Managers to develop business plans that drive sales and create new business opportunities with both new & existing Clients, thereby increasing market share. - Partner with local Client Relations teams & Country General Manager to explore LVA wide initiatives and strategies that can be leveraged for the local market. Analyze market information to identify opportunities to further enhance market share and brand loyalty, maximizing the potential of our existing Client base. - Work with the Client Development team & Country General Manager to integrate LVA initiatives Client recruitment and propose new strategies tailored to the local market. Drive Learning Strategy - Inspire & lead the local Retail Learning team to adopt a 360 approach in their roles, elevating the client experience, client development and high-end results. - Develop & coach the Retail Learning team members to strengthen their instore impact and enhance their business acumen. - Provide on-going coaching to store management teams, supporting their ability to drive efficient and profitable business operations while developing their team members´ attitudes, skills and behaviors to align with brand priorities. -Support learning and store managers in fostering a culture of continuous learning and development to enhance the client experience. Project Management - Lead and/or take a proactive role in regional projects and execute business initiatives including but not limited to store incentives, LV Onstage, Art of Hosting, Retail Simply, when required. Self + Team Development - Ensure annual performance review (Rise) and succession planning review (OMR), ensuring both campaigns provide a productive and impactful experience for employees and the business. Identify, prepare & develop talent for future roles. - Drive a culture of monthly touch points across the network and actively encourage a 'coach in the moment' approach to feedback. - Coach the Store Managers to support their continued professional development. - Work with the local Retail Learning Team and HR to guarantee all training initiatives are effectively implemented & supported across the stores (In-store inductions, daily moments, product training, new store opening training, leadership development programs etc.) Informations complémentaires Work Experience/Skills - 15yrs relevant Retail Experience - Elevated and Sophisticated Communication skills - Self + Team Composure; ability to provide insight to foster trust. - Proven track record in developing authentic and lasting relationships with Clients and continuously remaining curious to anticipate their future desires and needs. - Fashion-forward with a passion for the fashion/luxury-goods industry - Comfortable hosting in foreign / multicultural / multilingual environments - Foreign Languages, a plus - Requires Weekends, Evenings and Holiday availability. In collaboration with the Store Manager, you will have ownership for the business by recruiting, developing and leading the team, fostering & developing client relationships, while also being strategically agile in order to drive strong sales results. Additionally, you will be responsible for providing market expertise in relation to client needs and developing strategies to maximize product performance by leveraging visual merchandising, client development training and team animations. Be the point of reference on a product category in the store. Client and Business Development Support the team in building long-term Client relationships, leveraging the different clienteling tools Establish a Client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of Client experience and proactively handle Client-related situations Communicate and inspire the team on corporate strategy and relevant business information Proactively provide the country office with product recommendations and qualitative feedback based on local knowledge Put in place action plans to boost business and maximize product performance Selling and Floor Management Act as a role model demonstrating sales leadership to the team, support them with their own sales, foster cross-selling and Client repurchase Build and develop Client portfolio Ensure business opportunities are maximized through efficient sales floor management Operations Profil Minimum 5 years specialty retail experience and experience managed teams. BA is a plus. Professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in Spanish and English. Self-starter Dependable, punctual, and flexible. Excellent problem-solving. Computer literacy is a must. Be fashion-forward and have passion for the fashion/luxury industry. Be a team player. Ability to adapt to changing needs of the Company as necessary.
