Cómo contribuirás: Trabajarías la Boutique y seria responsable de las siguientes actividades: Dirigir las ventas en la Boutique a mediante la venta de mercancías Cumplir y superar los objetivos de ventas personales y de la tienda establecidos por la gerencia; Lograr altos niveles de rendimiento de ventas y resultados; Brinda un ambiente amigable que incluye saludar y reconocer a cada cliente, mantener estándares sobresalientes, conocimiento sólido del producto y todos los demás componentes del servicio al cliente; Mantener un conocimiento de toda la información del producto y la mercancía; Complete de manera precisa y eficiente todas las transacciones de ventas y mantenga las cuentas de efectivo y medios adecuadas en la caja ; Clienteling - Construyendo y estableciendo relaciones fuertes con los clientes. Ayudar en movimientos de piso, comercialización, mantenimiento de las vitrinas y mantenimiento de la tienda; Mantenga una tienda limpia y ordenada en todo momento y siga los procedimientos adecuados para el atuendo y la presentación de joyas; Cumpla con todas las políticas, procedimientos y prácticas de la Compañía, incluyendo la prevención de pérdidas; Descargar entregas que puedes incluir levantar y transportar cajas y almacenar en áreas apropiadas; Comunicar las solicitudes de los clientes a la gerencia; Participar en todos los recuentos de inventario; Reporta cualquier robo o sospecha de robo por parte de clientes o empleados a las partes apropiadas de inmediato; Cualquier otro deber que le asigne la gerencia.
