Role Mission The Client Advisor in Gucci is responsible to provide customers with top quality service by meeting their needs and expectations as well as to increase the brand loyalty by communicating as “Gucci ambassador" the philosophy and the culture of the Brand Key Accountabilities Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening, and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of Gucci selling ceremony history and heritage.Give advice to customers on general trends in fashion world and developments in luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.Build and strengthen relationships with customers, deal with different nationalities and/or personalities and always put the customers at ease.Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, accordingly to the Company tools (CRM), in order to retain actual customers and detect new high potential ones.Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories.Ensure the achievement of individual and store goals, enhancing and developing the business.Foster open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative and proposing effective solutions.Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with Gucci visual standards.Ensure the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise.Who you are? Demostrarás pasión como embajador(a) de la marca Tiffany durante cada ceremonia de venta utilizando el toque Tiffany; tu toque personal. Demostrarás los comportamientos de experiencia del cliente identificados dentro del programa TEI (Encuesta de Voz del Cliente) y con la visión de la experiencia del cliente de Tiffany. Pondrás en práctica las mejores técnicas optimizando la hospitalidad y las comodidades de la tienda para crear experiencias únicas y tomarás medidas basadas en el desempeño de TEI y los comentarios de los clientes. Requerida: Experiencia en ventas en el área de Retail, de preferencia lujo o experiencia relevante relacionada con los clientes (por ejemplo, en el sector de la hospitalidad). Experiencia solida en el logro de resultados comerciales. Habilidad para conectar con el cliente. Flexibilidad horaria Habilidad para trabajar con una base diversa de clientes. Dominio de los sistemas de punto de venta (POS), sistemas de seguimiento de clientes y Microsoft Outlook/correo electrónico. Deseada: Título universitario. Título en Gemología Dominio de varios idiomas
