JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB SUMMARY:
TPM/Sr Manager IT is responsible for the effective management of a multiple components of Global IT. IT components can be one or more related applications, one or more related infrastructure components, a service or a relationship.
EXPERIENCE:
-10-15 years of experience in the IT industry
-Management of one or more resources
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
- Where required, manages and motivates a team to deliver- annual objectives, development planning, coaching, performance management, task allocation
FINANCE:
-Assists in the annual financial planning for the IT and supports the delivery of resulting financial targets
-Optimizes the effectiveness of delivery ensuring realization of maximum value.
- SKILLS:
-Great leadership skills with business and technical groups
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-Vendor/partner management skills
Ability to multi task

-Management of one or more resources
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT:
- Works closely with business parnters to understand requirements for business processes; Deep understanding of stakeholder priorities and goals
- Keeps stakeholders up to date on progress, risks, etc for work being delivered.
- Drives the alignment of the IT components with the goals and strategies of LS&Co.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment
- Ensures alignment of the IT components with Global IT architecture and system roadmaps
- Supports the building of the long-term strategic roadmap for IT
- Manages delivery of work including resources, budget, roadmaps/timelines and understands project lifecycle
- Delivers the IT components according to LS&Co. IT and PMO processes and standards
