We're looking for someone who create Brand Enviromental plans and support dedicated market needs aligned with Brand Experience leader for LS&Co. brand portfolio, linked to Merchandising, Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing initiatives and achieve the best visual impact, to elevate brand presentation, consumer experience and business targets, deliver on brand equity, traffic, sales, conversion, market share growth and new consumer acquisition in our Cluster retail stores and wholesale locations. Support growth plans in order to elevate visual merchandising impact, local creative services, deliver criteria and training tools for on-floor execution across all channels and understand Wholesale channel as: Premium, Regular or Standard and Multibrand departamental stores; Retail channel as Mainline and Outlet stores under 3 business models: O&O, Commissionaire and Franchisees, within malls or standing alone stores.
About the job
- Establish ways of working across LATAM cluster and total footprint of the business by leading BE Managers, making sure there's brand consistency across markets for the denim portfolio.
- Strong partnership with BX cluster director regarding to download strategies: trafficking of work, briefings, addressing feedback and prioritization of projects and tasks.
- Attend and participate in high-level creative meetings regarding priorities and status, ensuring that follow-up actions are met and communicated back.
- Be part of the solution- Define, deliver, and document team process and tool efficiencies with Global guidance in support of a unified and scalable approach.
- Define, deliver and document campaign project development across Cluster, end to end process and ideal timing with a variety of support partners.
- Submit adapted campaign work to internal piers, accounts, franchisees and negotiate with them to maintain our brand expression integrity for all projects for key focal locations and deals for approvals.
- Support Showrooms, Tradeshows, Pop-ups or marketing events across cluster providing references, creative direction and on-floor execution.
- Manage and control store opening, branding enhancements directon or beacon projects from start to end, providing feedback from Brand Environment point of view: performance, kpi's, evaluating the execution and evolution of each market.
- Create team development according to best practices from other markets. Identify opportunities from on-floor perspective: in-store collateral support. BE Pan Brand Field Supervisors team with operational excellence to make them visit more stores in less time, provide training and teach them how connect with Sales Associates. Establish ways of working according to total footprint of the business, define formats: checklist, presentations and reports to be filled in order to have control and information to share with BE Coordinators.
- Drive brand consistency with the team: monthly, bi-monthly VM guides for seasonal periods, promotional activations according to Consumer Marketing plans or collections by brand and channel: mainline, wholesale, outlet in order to drive execution on floor.
- Read and understand monthly sales reports by channel, by brand, in order to create strategies for the team to support or improve business, drive product rotation or consistency on floor regardless the challenge.
- Maintain a strong alignment and interaction with Demand Planning team to guarantee that product assortment supporting Marketing and BE strategies will be delivered on time in stores: by channel, by brand, ensuring an integrated experience. If not, propose a Creative initiative that supports the business.
- Align with Merchandising Seasonal Calendars according to product assortment and channel scope.
- Develop Monthly Window cadence, in store product messages supporting Marketing Seasonal Calendar and Merchandising Product Focus.
- Analysis of BE trends, leverage regional references to continue innovation and digital transformation across markets.
- Flagship, Beacon, and Proof of Concept:
- Developing one-off creative design solutions for site specific issues as projects require, using our pre-determined design aesthetic and cross collaboration with team members as your guide.


Education / Experience:
- Bachelor degree equivalent education within design/arts field/production.
- 7-10 years experience in an agency or in-house graphic design department
- BS Design, Visual Communication, Marketing or Business Administration.
- Intermediate to expert level in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, AcrobatPro and In-Design on a Mac platform and pre-flight production
- Portfolio should also demonstrate strong graphic design skills (typography, color theory, layout/conversion optimization, print production, basic web design, and design software knowledge)
- Able to own a brief, juggle multiple projects with competing deadlines as part of a fast-paced, global creative services team.
