Role and Responsibilities

Brand led; consumer obsessed & product driven with account management responsibility for our brand. You will develop and deliver tactical account plans for our Dockers® business with passion and excellence, while achieving weekly KPI's. Ultimately, you'll deliver a premium brand experience to surprise and delight our customers & consumers.

  • To deliver operational KPI for Sales Target (Revenue, units, UPT and ASP) and executions excellence (planogram implementations)
  • Manage team responsible for accomplishing store operational excellence by ensuring Visual Merchandising and Brand environment are
  • well executed in store level
  • Provide day-to-day activities for the team, analyzing sales performance, reading and writing reports.
  • Monitor the store-by-store performance and could get action plan required
  • Operations managers also must have ability of liaising with other team members, with the Key Account Manager, Marketing and
Finance

  • Coach and support to staff so they could develop their skills in the role and to achieve growth in sales.
  • To build and maintain strong relationship with the customer
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the Dept. Store Management and represent the Levi's business as required.

Perfil

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • University degree from related departments.

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in wholesales, preferably in an apparel company (people management experience is a must)
