We're looking for an MEXICO - MKTPL MFP, AUTHENTICATOR ACCTS
You´ll lead all the financial planning process execution, consumer demand, forecast accuracy activities related to specific group of accounts to maintain a profitable and sustainable growth for Nike and our partners
The candidate has to have:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Sales, or a related field
5+ years' experience in Planning, Forecast, Consumer Demand and Targeting processes, strong comprehension of G2N and P&L processes
Provide objective consumer demand forecast and storytelling behind the numbers to cross functional partners
Provide scenarios with risk and opportunities
Divest from retail planning or account executives' responsibilities
Comprehensive understanding of retail math
Experience in gross margin profitability planning
Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others (internally and externally)
Ability to create monthly reports
Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends; knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred
Advanced Excel skills & Business English
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will be working in the DSM (Demand & Supply Management ) team, supporting the NSP & Marketplace Partners Planning area
Your main tasks will be:
LONG RANGE AND ANNUAL PLANNING
DEVELOP CONSUMER-DEMAND DRIVEN RETAIL REVENUE, MARGIN AND INVENTORY FORECASTS THAT INFORM NIKE, INC. GROSS-TO-NET AND STOCK AND SALES FORECASTS IN COLLABORATION WITH THE PARTNER TEAM
PROVIDE POV ON STORE OPENINGS, CLOSURES AND REFITS, INCLUDE THIS INFORMATION IN THE FORECAST WHEN ENOUGH INFORMATION IS PROVIDED FROM PARTNER TEAM TO ACCOUNT IT
COLLABORATE WITHIN FINANCE ON CSR, AOP, AND BUDGET FOR FINANCIAL MODELS AND, CONSUMER AND PRODUCT INSIGHTS
PRE-SEASON PLANNING
EXECUTE PRE-SEASON PLANNING PROCESS ALIGNED WITH PARTNER & CATEGORY TEAMS (SSP & PG2N)
CREATE KPI FORECASTS FOR SEASONAL INVENTORY BUYS
PARTNERSHIP WITH RETAIL PLANNING ON TOP-LINE CATEGORY BUDGETS AND FORECASTS USED FOR SEASONAL INVENTORY BUY
CREATE AND PROVIDE SEASONAL READINESS TO CROSS FUNCTIONAL PARTNERS
IN SEASON MANAGEMENT
CREATE ITERATIVE REVENUE, MARGIN AND INVENTORY SCENARIO PLANS TO IDENTIFY CONSUMER & FINANCIAL TRADE-OFFS ON BUSINESS DECISIONS (SSP & N2G)
MAXIMIZE TERRITORY AND GEOGRPAHY INVENTORY TO MEET CONSUMER DEMAND THROUGH COLLABORATIVE CANCELLATION, RETURNS & EPR PROCESS
POST SEASON HINDSIGHTING

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
You will report to the NSP/Marketplace Partner Planning Director
You will be part of DSM and closely work with the INTEGRATED MARKETPLACE & OPS team

Perfil

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE
5+ years' experience in Buying, Planning, Allocation and/or Vendor Sales for a multi-store retailer or Assortment Planning experience with other apparel / footwear wholesale organization
Comprehensive understanding of retail math
Experience in gross margin profitability planning
Strong and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence others
Advanced Excel skill & Business English
Experience in developing an understanding of customers, competitors and retail trends; knowledge of sports apparel and footwear market preferred
Ability to interpret financial sales data to make decisions and recommendations that impact the business
Advanced knowledge of MS office applications; proficiency in Excel including creating spreadsheets, complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.
Experience with planning software/tools and merchandise management systems is preferred
Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple business functions
Strong team player and ability to work with the cross functional partners and
management on all aspects of the business
Prove of knowledge in retail metrics and KPI's
Prove experience leading cross functional processes
Demonstrate clear communication skills
