Your Purpose: You are an engaging team leader leading the service team on payroll, compensation & benefit administration and employee enquiries, ensuring we deliver these services and answers to any inquiries our managers and employees may have for them to have a flawless employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

Your Tasks

  • You develop and lead your team of payroll, compensation & benefits and employee enquiry experts.
  • You lead your team to execute payroll, compensation & benefits processes and answer employee enquiries, following global standards.
  • You provide input and feedback from a regional and local perspective to global Centers of Excellence (e. g. on total rewards), ensuring overall on time delivery of processes where your input is required.
  • You design/support with your team the design of innovative and flexible service solutions (e.g., improve accuracy and automation).
  • You facilitate integration/consistency in Payroll/C&B to leverage synergies in tasks (e.g., across countries).
  • With your team, you identify opportunities to create knowledge articles to streamline Employee Enquiries process and increase efficiency.
  • You control and monitor processes (KPI tracking) for Payroll/C&B/Employee Enquiries and ensure that targets are met.
  • You are aware of local specialties and provide solutions.
  • You ensure coordination and communication with key stakeholders.
  • You set up and monitor second level support for Payroll / C&B / Employee Enquiries within People Services ).
  • Your team's tasks may also include Data & Analytics as well as Mobility related tasks as well as general HR administrative tasks.
Your Profile

  • With a university degree in economics, psychology, business administration, or a related field under your belt, you boast several years of experience in the recruitment realm and have first leadership experience.
  • You are able to engage and lead a team.
  • You are able to lead and influence virtually and cross-culturally.
  • You are service and KPI / data driven.
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • Strong digital savviness; any experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow and/or ACONSO a benefit.
  • You are able to work in complex environments with multiple stakeholders, to prioritize and to deliver results under high (time) pressure.
  • HR at Beiersdorf is an international environment, you thrive in an international team.
  • You are fluent in English and Spanish.
