HR Business Partner
The Calzedonia Group opened in Verona, Italy in 1986. Its founder, Sandro Veronesi, is the President and majority stakeholder in the Group today. For over thirty years, the Calzedonia Group has seen consistently solid growth in its revenue streams and expansion efforts, creating successful products and brands and continues to strengthen its position in international fashion retail markets. The entire product life cycle, from design to production in proprietary factories all the way up to worldwide distribution, is handled directly by Calzedonia Spa. Today, the Group offers its collections exclusively within its single-brand stores (+5100) under the Calzedonia, Intimissimi, Tezenis, Falconeri, Signorvino, Intimissimi Uomo and Atelier Emé names, directly owned or operated as franchises, around the world (+55 countries).
Do you have the ambition to join a new subsidiary in Mexico and have an opportunity to grow with the Group in Country?
We are looking for a qualified HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals, with full cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources.
Our ideal candidates should have experience with HR practices and employee management. You will communicate with the board of directors and with senior managers to express new ideas and suggest solutions, considering budget limitations and our company culture.
Ultimately, you should be able to act as a consultant on human resources management and organizational changes.

- Conducting interviews
- Promoting the company on a wide basis
- Assessing training program
- Implementing new strategies
- Administration
- Knowledge of the labour laws and screening
- Handling employee records
- Informing personnels about the HR regulations/policies
- Preparing reports
- Overseeing HR activities
- Degree/master's in Business; Human Resources, or a related field
- Experience as a HR Generalist
- Full-cycle recruiting experience
- Analytical skills
- Excellent management and organizational skills
- Able to utilize the HR systems and databases.
- Familiar with MS Office softwares
- Great problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Fluency in English language.
