About the Job

As an Account executive, you'll work as part of a larger E-com team to help drive the Marketplaces and pure player (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Libre, Dafiti) in the digital channel. Create interest and excitement for the Dockers brand to drive Sell-in & Sell-out performance.

  • Utilizes selling skills, consumer insights, negotiation skills, and business acumen to influence retail customers to purchase our portfolio of products that best help them, and the company meet financial targets and drive revenue growth
  • Align brand consumer and customer strategies to deliver an Annual Financial Plan and profitability targets
  • Forecast monthly shipment Risk & Opportunities to Annual Financial Plan
  • Manage and track seasonal coop
  • Identify, pursue, and deliver new business opportunities that drive profitable revenue and income growth
  • Make effective and persuasive presentations to large and small groups that are clear and compelling and result in positive customer action
  • Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal selling reports and analysis tools
  • Manage all sizing tools and account-specific product needs to ensure on-time and accurate deliveries to reduce and prevent chargebacks
  • Resolve order issues in collaboration with customers and company counterparts
  • Provide external account partners with information on pricing and product availability
  • Support new product set-ups and site execution in partnership with cross-functional teams (on-time set shipments, imagery, copy, etc.)
About You

  • 2+ years of work experience across ecommerce with proven experience in a combination of operations, merchandising and selling to accounts.
  • Deep understanding of the eCommerce fashion business, its seasonality and product cycle
  • Strong relationship building skills to be able to communicate and work with customers.
  • Proven track record of learning new areas and systems at a subject matter expert level
  • Strong analytical skills with proven ability to measure and achieve performance improvements.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow up orders and shipments.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong decision-making skills and ability to do so with agility and a 'test and learn' mentality
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience building relationships and partnering across 3rd party and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree - specialization in business, information management systems, operations, or a proven record meeting the qualifications above.
