The responsibilities are:
Account Management:
- Build and nurture relationships with key consignment partners through
regular communication and support.
- Align Lacoste's and partners' goals, objectives and needs.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and terms.
- Open new consignment accounts/departments, negotiate commercial
agreements, terms, and conditions.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop an annual commercial plan and execute strategies to drive sales
and revenue within the consignment channel.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Expand consignment SIS's footprint.
- Raise brand presence updating SIS concepts and VM within them.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on consignment sales, inventory levels, stock
replenishments and performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations,
to align consignment strategies with overall business goals.
- Communicate effectively with consignment partner to address their needs
and concerns.
Inventory Management:
- Monitor and maintain accurate consignment inventory levels accordingly to
commercial calendar.
- Implement inventory tracking systems to ensure transparency and
accuracy.
- Optimize consignment stock levels to meet demand while minimizing
excess.
- Reduce and control shrinkage.
- Identify and mitigate any potential risks associated with this program.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Fluency in English is a prerequisite. Knowledge of another language (French) is a
plus.
Proven experience in sales, account management and retail management. (3
years at least)
Experience working with Liverpool (2 years at least)
