Be a knowledge source partner for the several organizations around processes and systems specific to the WH.
To provide support to incidents, Request for Change (RCFs), testing and consultancy for the system databases and cubes.
To manage and resolve incidents in line with the relevant SLA
Work towards a "customer satisfaction" above average
To create, develop and provide maintenance.
Continuous development of technology expertise and innovation thinking in order to become an even stronger business partner.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Fully Bilingual: English and Spanish, verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced knowledge on SQL Server data bases and programming.
- Experience developing solutions with Microsoft tools SSIS, SSAS and SSRS
- Advanced Ms Office skills (Excel)
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
- University degree in Programming, Software Development or Systems Engineering 2-3 years of experience developing and supporting BI Projects
- Experience with incident and software delivery applications
