- Participate in sales strategy creation and business development to enhance business growth
- Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight into the customer's needs
- Manage the marketing & influencer team for opened accounts.
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints
- Monitor, analyze, and report market sales and marketing activities and results
- Create, develop and maintain the customer database
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on new campaigns and strategies
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Sets deadlines and communicate with clients even before the sales activities start and, when is necessary, communicates with sales and marketing
- Create and improve customer service in a specific market, and sets standards
- In collaboration with the marketing team, implement sales & trade marketing plan and ensure all the sales activities, such as merchandising, promotion, and services are correctly implemented across distribution
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
- All other activities according to the Supervisor's request in behalf of job position requirements

REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum bachelor degree
- Experience in sales
- 1-3 years of working experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent sales skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong networking abilities
