What you'll be doing:

The IT Business Analyst is primarily responsible for providing IT support in a fashion that ensures efficient operations and system compliance. This includes functional and technical management on projects and ongoing support requirements for a highly automated manufacturing, logistic, and Customer Care operation.

Key responsibilities:

Responsibilities

- Analyze and translate complex business requirements into a functional system design document

- Provide cross-functional support and direction on the use of technology tools.

- Support business projects across functional groups- Collaborate and gather feedback from other workstreams within the facility to determine prioritization of tasks and projects to align IT work with Business Strategy.

- Possess an understanding of the business relationships between multi-functional groups including corporate systems and/or divisional groups.

- Leads and/or coordinates significant projects including scope, timing, cost, and communication at the various stages of the project to different stakeholders.

- Responsible for carrying out assignments requiring the development of new or improved processes-job duties could include deployment of new or replacement software.

- Monitor and execute actions necessary to maintain and accomplish the service level agreement for business-critical applications (Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Care)

- Provide instruction, assistance, and support to end-users

- Work with IT and External personnel to troubleshoot problems and resolve service requests related to Manufacturing, Logistics, and Customer Care.

- Define and coordinate the execution of test procedures and develop test cases to serve the overall QA process.

- Ensure accurate and efficient delivery of electronic information from Corporate Systems to business operations.

We'd love you to have:

Essential KSA's

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration Management Information systems, Computer Science or related fields or equivalent training/experience

- 3+ years in information technology as IT Business Analyst, IT Consultant or similar role

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to adapt to a dynamic project environment and manage multiple projects

- A proven record of accomplishment of working both independently and as a member of a team.

- Excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal and relationship management skills with excellent conflict resolution and negotiation skills

- Demonstrated experience managing customer-facing, strategic projects as well as Application Development projects.

- Fluent in English (Written and verbal)

- Ability to manage waterfall and agile projects

- Creative thinker, being able to think outside the box

Desirable KSA's

- Fluent in Portuguese (Written and verbal)

- Desirable knowledge: ERP SAP S/4HANA, LIMS, Infor EAM, Sales Force, MuleSoft, Java Development, WebSphere, Cloud, SSL Certificates.

- ITIL, SCRUM, PMP certifications.

- Strong Industry experience at any of the following Industries: Cosmetics or High Technology

- Intermediate understanding of information risk and enterprise architecture standards

- Intermediate understanding of various software development lifecycles
