The Brand Creative Designer, Mexico will bring NIKE's innovative and distinctive brand look and feel to the consumers of Mexico City. This dynamic role sits within the Nike Brand Creative studio in Mexico City. From briefing, ideating, developing, and executing premium and purposeful storytelling to delivering NIKE's business and brand ambitions, this role will partner across the Brand Creative Studio to deliver premium creative output across all consumer touchpoints. In addition to delivering world-class marketing executions, the role requires strategic and business aptitude to partner with geography leadership and cross-functional and category counterparts.

About the role
Brand Creative Designers are exceptional team players, focused on execution, they work under the direction of the creative lead and alongside producers and narrators. They are master executors when it comes to design and are familiar working across several mediums including art direction, moving image, graphic and environmental design. They deliver holistic design solutions across all appropriate channels. They have a passion for creativity and are committed to staying up to date with current and future trends and technology.

Responsibilities

*
Creative Excellence. Steward creative development of premium and impactful storytelling. Drive strategic ideation and content/asset creation for key marketing stories. Push the boundaries of digital first experiences and content.

Creative Partnership. Deliver holistic creative campaigns and assets across Seasonal Category Stories/Products, Long Term Consumer Concepts, Category Specific Sport/Cultural Moments, Social Media Content.
*
Financial Oversight. Oversee and communicate the financial accountability and accuracy of design focused Brand Creative projects.
*
Creative Alignment. Drive collaborative inclusion and alignment throughout the creative ideation and execution process. Including alignment with Geo Brand Creative as well as city brand marketing+cross functional partners.
*
Agency Partners. Develop, nurture, and progress key external agency relationships.
*
Campaign Production and Delivery. Flawlessly produce traditional, digital and never been done campaign assets. Coordination and deployment of creative campaign assets across markets, functions, and external creative and media agencies.

Operations. Work closely with Marketing Planning and Operations to track, drive and communicate the current status of key Nike Mexico creative projects.

Perfil

Requirements

*
University degree.
*
Minimum 6 years experience in Brand Creative/Advertising/Promotion.
*
Hybrid experience in traditional and digital communications.
*
Strong design based experience across all facets of storytelling - film/graphic/retail/digital.
*
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations on complex business issues.
*
Fluency in English (and Spanish a bonus).
