Descripción del puesto

Under the responsibility of the Export Director, and in close and daily cooperation with our Partners on the field, you will pilot the qualitative and quantitative performances of the Etam stores on the Latam area, especially Mexico with our local partner.

- Determine and follow up the retail budget and forecast by point of sales, on a yearly, monthly and weekly basis.
- Implement and control the follow up by category of products to align as precisely as possible the offer and the merchandizing to the market needs.
- Check the stock on hand in the stores to help our partners managing their logistics on site, get the best stock & offer at all times, and provide advice for the orders and replenishment.
- Challenge the store teams on the commercial indicators: traffic, conversion rate, UPT, average basket.
- Orient and adapt the marketing plan according to the results and the needs.

Retail Expertise on the points of sales
- Control the concept and the maintenance so as to be the warrant of the Brand Image on the zone.
- Implement the Etam Retail standards and methods in the stores (Check lists, sales and staff animation, offer presentation).
- Coach the partners teams, both in the office and at the store level to enable them to maximize their performance (brand offer, merchandizing, commercial tools)
- Visit the stores to check the application of the decided action plans and monitor the different retail parameters along the year.

Partner Relationship
- Coordinate the opening processes for all new points of sales.
- Represent the brand and coordinate the brand action plans between the Paris office and the partner teams.
- Advise on a daily basis the partner on its retail operations (implementation of promotions, follow up of the opening processes, merchandizing and sales performance).
- Support in the selection and recruitment process of the partner staff on the field.

Market surveillance
- Follow up the local competition in terms of actions, prices, brand orientations on the market.
- Provide feedback to the Etam Export team on the specific needs in terms of offer, prices and marketing plan.

Perfil

You are graduated of an advance diploma, and you are a confirmed Retail Manager or Store Manager in the fashion universe.
You have strong skills in management, sales and negotiation and you have a good sensitivity with the products. Dynamism, reactivity and ability to federate, will help you to success.
You are fluent in Spanish & English; French would be a plus.
