Job Posting: The primary responsibility of the Superintendent is to work with management leading the Supervisory teams to make sure all production is completed timely and according to guidelines. The Superintendent manages the day-to-day processes directly with Supervisors and/or with other Superintendents. PRIMARY ACTIVITIES Leads, mentors, and guides manufacturing supervisors and operators to ensure cohesive and effective operations. Plans and coordinates manufacturing schedules, resource allocation, and workflow to optimize productivity. Monitors production progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain efficient operations. Promotes and enforce a strong safety culture by adhering to safety protocols and industry regulations. Collaborates with safety teams to minimize risks and ensure a safe work environment. Review and monitors KPIs and financial reports to ensure budgets, cost, spending variances and other established goals are per plan and takes corrective actions as needed. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders to align manufacturing strategies with organizational objectives. Initiates and supports well planned cost reduction programs and other process improvement. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field; relevant certifications are advantageous. 5+ years of relevant work experience in manufacturing process. Job Posting: AUXILIAR DE NOMINAS Obejtivo del Puesto: Apoyo en la elaboración de nóminas de personal Directo e Indirecto, además de diferentes tareas administrativas del departamento. Responsabilidades: Registrar incidencias de pago (permisos para pago de bonos, vacaciones, ajustes por asistencia, etc.). Ejecutar el final del día y el final de la semana. Registrar ajustes manuales en Leadtec (correcciones de horarios, tiempo extra, etc.). Calcular y registrar en Leadtec los pagos no incluidos en el proceso de producción. Registrar las transferencias de empleados en el sistema. Cubrir el departamento durante las vacaciones de los compañeros del equipo. Apoyo en el trámite de finiquitos, incidencias Fonacot, IMSS e Infonavit. Generar informes semanales con información sobre las nóminas. Job Posting: PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN ENGINEER THE MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION The Product Development Technician at a Manufacturing Division, follows up closely the development of a product since the first step of the process up to the spec writing correctly, ensuring prototypes are processed with the correct finish, materials and fit. Follows up on the material testing and works with engineering to identify possible new equipment needs. Works with PD engineer to provide estimated cost and update it as needed. Communicates product specifications and details to the Sourcing organization and Suppliers. FUNCTION Responsible for a product line. Work closely on the programs developed in internal manufacturing, from the beginning of the product to the setup in our systems. Drive the product. Track of decision and follow up with all teams (GSO and Internal Manufacturing). Communicate the decisions agreed during development to involved teams. Costing. Helps with cost estimates. Audit Specs. Review / audit specs written by the merchandising specialist. Coordinate trims / fabrics for season developments. Coordinate and follow material testing, alert the Plant and engineers about new materials and possible new equipment. Request and follow material samples for plant testing. Request Protos. Follow protos request and assigned to the merchandising specialist. Balance workload. Organize PDL workload based on priorities. Prepare, maintain, and publish product specifications with less direct supervision and becoming actively involved with line development activities. Create CAD drawing and illustrations to support product specifications. Supports fabric and trim development, communicates product data to business partners as needed. Performs miscellaneous product development and/or administrative duties as directed. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor on Engineering or associate degree. Languages: 100% English (oral & written). Manufacturing/apparel construction experience preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Illustrator, SAP. Merchandising or technical services experience preferred. COMPETENCIES Excellent communication skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload. Proactive problem solving, high initiative. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
