Principales responsabilidades: Garantizar la ejecución del roadmap de implementación de NPay y evaluar las regulaciones locales y las puertas de entrada necesarias para operar en México. Evaluar y gestionar la contratación de proveedores necesarios para la expansión de NPay en México y para atender las nuevas funcionalidades y servicios que se ofrecerán. Alinear productos y soluciones aplicables a N&CoPay con el equipo de productos, de acuerdo con los medios de pago utilizados en México, realizando personalizaciones cuando sea necesario. Desarrollar análisis de mercado para identificar oportunidades de expansión y nuevos negocios de NPay México alineados con la estrategia de Natura. Reportar a los directivos de NPay y Natura los resultados, propuestas y proyectos en curso, demostrando los impactos en la región. Elaborar y gestionar el plan de divulgación y campañas de marketing de N&CoPay y sus funcionalidades en México, promoviendo el compromiso y la capacitación de los equipos comerciales de las marcas de NCo, para difundir el conocimiento y promover los productos ofrecidos por NPay tanto en B2C como en B2B. Ser responsable del P&L (estado de resultados) en México.
